STS9 is proud to announce the release of Live At Home, a collection of 23 unreleased tracks created over the past 3 years at home and on the road. From lush ambient textures and downtempo moods to eclectic, playful instrumentals, this album is a glimpse into the diversity of creation that embodies STS9. While some tracks are collaborations, most are the work of a ''soul'' or lone producer. Though distinctly STS9, listeners will find the band embarking on a new musical exploration. Live At Home

Galactic ~ We Love `Em Tonight (Live At Ti New Orleans musicians have a long-standing tradition--no doubt brought on by the need to fill up that fourth set of the evening--of playing unlikely covers that end up transcending the original hits. The Meters did it with ''Wichita Lineman.'' Irma Thomas did it with ''Wind Beneath My Wings.'' And Galactic set out to do it on this live collection, peppering their homecoming concert with groove-laden covers torn from the songbooks of Duke Ellington

Live at Great American Music Hall - September 1997

The Radiators have become New Orleans' answer to NRBQ. Both, after all, are well traveled, good time bar bands with a cult of fans more than willing to give their brains the night off. Recorded during a four-night San Francisco stint in September of 1997, this 12-song set focuses on original songs that get the feet moving and the head smiling. Although some originals stand out--the swaying calypso groove of ''UFO's Exactly,'' for instance--the Rads' strength lies in their covers. They offer

Jerry Garcia Band

4.0 out of 5 stars with 63 reviews
This CD is an out of print collectible! It is the 1991 Arista release. Catalog 18690-2. Comes in the original fat double jewel case. There is a punch hole through the UPC. If the Grateful Dead was Garcia's day job, then his beloved Jerry Garcia Band was his robe and slippers. Without the ''scene'' swirling quite as much around the JGB, those shows took on a more informal, laid-back feel that was clearly liberating to Garcia, who with the JGB had the freedom to completely indulge his own tastes.

CD Like a lot of his jam-band compatriots, Dave Matthews's personality can come off as muted in the studio, but really spreads out live--which makes this a must-have for fans who don't already have the bootleg, or nineteen more from the same period. But absent a hits sampler, Live at Red Rocks could also be the best Matthews album for more tentative listeners. It draws heavily from the Under the Table and Dreaming material, as well as from the then-upcoming Crash. ''All Along the Watchtower,''

CD The fortunes of the Dave Matthews Band have been so tied to its legendary live performances that it's arguably led to some well-documented searches for direction in the studio. The success of Everyday was hard won, its originally rejected material eventually revived, reworked, and released a year later as Busted Stuff. But those creative struggles have paid double dividends here, arguably pushing Matthews and company to a compelling new plateau on stage. Recorded in Boulder, Colorado, on
